It supports up to 50 contracts and is ideal for businesses that may not have a dedicated fleet manager. The solution enables centralised billing, streamlined contract management, and a fully digital experience — all with minimal internal resources required.

If your drivers do not use a vehicle from one of the supported brands, they can still participate by creating a CHARGE NOW account, which can also be linked to your business account.

Drivers of non-partner vehicles can still join the solution by using a CHARGE NOW account, ensuring broad accessibility across your company’s fleet.

Setting up and using the solution is straightforward:

1. Register as a business customer
Start by creating a business account with CHARGE NOW. If your company already has one, you’re ready to proceed.

2. Link driver accounts
Each driver provides a unique token from their charging service account. You enter the token in the manager dashboard to securely link their contract.

3. Manage centrally
All linked driver contracts appear as sub-contracts under your main account, enabling centralised billing and reporting.

4. Monitor in real time
The dashboard gives you access to all connected driver data, contracts, and charging activity — all in one place.

 

The solution integrates directly with CHARGE NOW and the charging services of participating partners, so drivers retain their usual app and interface while your business gains full oversight and control.
