What do we want to learn?

Your feedback is extremely valuable to us. By sharing what frustrates or motivates you, and what assists or hinders your performance, you are helping us to continually improve our products and ensure they meet your needs. Our researchers conduct numerous studies for which your input is the crucial guide to address the right questions. Your feedback helps making necessary changes that truly matter.

How do you join our User Research Group?

Please take a few minutes to complete our survey. This will help us inviting you to studies that align with your activities and interests. The more information you give us the more chances you get to give us feedback.

Choose a timeslot

If you are a potential match for an upcoming study, a researcher will e-mail you an invitation with instructions on how to select a time slot that works for you. Don't worry if you are not available for a particular study - we conduct many different studies and there will be other opportunities for you to participate in the future.

Participate and Benefit

As long as you have an internet connection, you can participate from any location. All of our studies are conducted online. As a token of appreciation for your time and participation, we may offer you a small reward after completing a study. What types of research do we do?

Surveys

A survey is a quick and easy way for us to gather your thoughts and opinions. It is a questionnaire that you can fill out online. Surveys usually take just 5-10 minutes to complete.

User interviews

We conduct interviews to learn about your experience with our products and your day-to-day challenges. You will speak one on one with an UX Researcher via audio or video conference. An interview typically takes 1 hour.

Beta testing

Join us in shaping the future of our products by being one of the first to test out our new features. Your feedback is crucial in helping us to improve and refine our releases.

Usability testing

You will be asked to perform a series of short tasks using our products while sharing your thoughts and feelings with an UX researcher. The test will be conducted one-on-one and usually lasts about an hour.

FAQS

We are looking to engage with both our existing users and people who have not yet used CHARGE NOW. However, prior experience with an electric vehicle would be advantageous.
You have the option to choose your preferred method of participation during the registration process. Additionally, if you receive an invitation for an interview, you can still decide on how you would like to participate.
We ask for your consent to record all user interviews and usability testing sessions. To protect your privacy, we de-identify all recordings and research data and store them separately from any personal information. If you wish to have any research session recordings or survey responses related to you removed, you can contact us at dataprotection@digitalchargingsolutions.com at any time.
Our correspondence with you will be limited to no more than once a month, and will only pertain to our user research. We will refrain from sending you any marketing or promotional materials.
